LATSERT joins the Chamber of Commerce and Industry: new horizons for international cooperation
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry announces the accession of LATSERT, a leading and most experienced product conformity assessment body and EU-accredited laboratory in Latvia.
Since 1994, LATSERT has been ensuring high quality and safety of products for manufacturers and consumers by offering certification, testing, and expert support in accordance with EU requirements. The company’s competence is confirmed by accreditations, authorizations from the European Commission, and the trust of customers around the world.
Since its foundation in 1994, LATSERT has consistently demonstrated high professionalism, developing its competence in product assessment at the international level. Today, the company is:
- An authorized body of the European Commission in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 on CE certification of fertilizers;
- An authorized body of the EU under Directive 2009/48/EC on toy safety;
- An EU-certified laboratory for testing fertilizers, cigarettes, and wines;
- An accredited certification and testing body for more than 10 groups of different types of products;
- A provider of comprehensive services for product safety and quality, including training and expertise.
